Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Caswell-Massey packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
